Welcome to the Province-Wide CAP newsletter,
We are all very excited to get the program started for the 2008–2009 CAP year. We will send out a monthly newsletter which will feature success stories and let everyone know what is happening at CAP sites all over the province. Everyone has a chance to be included in these letters so be sure to inform your Regional Co-ordinator (RC) about any exciting events happening at your site. All of the RC contact information is listed below. Here are a couple important things you will need to know to get started. ENJOY, and watch out for the first CyberCamp newsletter coming out soon! :)

Important things to know about getting started:

• Get in touch with your Regional Co-ordinator – contact information is listed below or can be found under Our Contact Info on CAPSTATS.
• Check out CAPSTATS our provincial CAP website which has lots of great resources all in one place
• WIKI – The WIKI is a great resouce to find out more about what cybercamps are being offered at other sites and is a way to share your success stories with other youth interns. The WIKI is also a good place to check if you are looking for ideas or need help getting started.
• WEBBOARD – Post any questions, ask an RC for help or just bounce ideas around with other youth interns!
• RESOURCE MAIN PAGE –
• Create Awareness in your community – advertise! :)
• Connect with other Youth Interns in your network – brainstorm ideas
• Brainstorm with your Site Administrator
• MOST IMPORTANLTY HAVE FUN!
