Ardis Proulx-Chedore – Youth Intern
Cochrane Public Library

On February 14th, 2013 at 3:30pm, the Youth Intern at the Cochrane Public Library hosted a Valentine's Day Scavenger Hunt. With the aid of the Intern, many helpers, and some technology, the children in attendance managed to find all of the paper hearts in the library and solve "Dewey the bears" secret message. (I love to read). There were many children under the age of 12 in attendance, and after the hunt they all settled down with their treats and enjoyed the touch screen computers. The Youth intern was there to aid them with the usage of the touch screen computers, as well as others who wished to search the library's catalog. You are never too young to learn how to use information technology.
